This is really random, but I see you're from Vancouver, and it just so happens that I'll be visiting a friend in Vancouver for the first time this summer!!
Yay, awesome!
-For starters, I'd recommend the Vancouver Aquarium in the middle of Stanley Park (home of the famous YouTube paw-holding otters!). One of the belugas also just gave birth so there's a brand new baby beluga! <3
-Alsoalsoalso, you must go to the Quay in North Vancouver and get a Beaver Tail and various other delicious foods from there. x)
-There's alsoooo Metrotown, which is a HUUUGE shopping mall and it also has a theatre called Silvercity with humongous screens so that you can see a movie when you're finished shopping and your feet are hurting.
-OH, and the Capilano Suspension Bridge! I LOVE it there, it's so full of history and you can go over the bridge which is SO much fun and there's also the treetops adventure which is like a trail but UP IN THE TREES. And it doesn't hurt the trees because not a single nail was put into them. 8)

Whereabouts are you staying, just out of curiosity? Downtown Vancouver, north, west...?
I'll be staying with one of my friends from university, I think she lives in Surrey. I want to suggest that we meet up or something, but I don't know how much time I will have to myself while there (unless my friend works for that little bit). It's always fun meeting up with people from deviantart. xD i'll be in Van from aug. 11-19.
Man, that woul dbe SO cool if we could meet up, haha. Maybe ~dapplet could come too! XDD Except I'm going camping sometime in August, so I don't know when I'll be here. I'll have to check on those dates.
