THIS IS LOST. He is a character design commission for ~Stamps. <3 Much fun.

The spots resemble a constellation called Lepus (the Rabbit). I thought this was a neat idea because people look to the stars if they're lost, and since this lil guy's always getting lost, he has an excuse, because how can he see something that's on his back? 8D

Reference... Reference... The only things I really went on were the specifics given by ~Stamps, the constellation, and my basic knowledge of cartoon design, if that's what you mean, ha.
